Introduction

The main purpose of the EASY Login page is to enable you to access the EASY system.  As well as logging into the system, there are features available on this page including what to do if you have forgotten your password.


This article takes you through the main features on the EASY Login page.


Site Name

Each NHS Organisation will have its own EASY site, or EASY environment.  It is important that you check that the EASY Login page that you are on refers to your organisation.  You will find the name of your organisation, or the initials/abbreviation that is used for your organisation, at the top left of the page.
 

If the site name does not show the name or initials for your organisation, you should contact your manager or HR department to check that you have the correct web address for your organisation's EASY system.  You may also find a link to the EASY system on your organisation's intranet page.


Login

To log into the EASY system, you will need a Username and Password.  

If you do not have a username, you should click on the New to EASY? Register here link and follow the guidance in the How do I register with the EASY System? article.



The following steps explain how you log in to EASY.


1.    Enter your username and password in the fields in the Login panel, an then click on the Log in button.


2.    Your Organisation/Employer may require that you perform an additional authentication check to complete the Login process.  The Second Factor Authentication Check article explains how to complete that additional check.


3.    When you have completed the Login process, you will be taken to the Home page.


Forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, or your user name, just click on the Forgotten your password? link at bottom left of the Login panel, and then follow the instructions in the What should I do if I have forgotten my Password? article, or in the Forgotten Password (Video Tutorial).    


How to get a Username

If you don't already have an EASY user account with your Organisation/Employer, you should be able to set one up by clicking on the New to EASY? Register here link at the bottom right of the Login panel.

Where the New to EASY? Register here link isn't showing, you will need to contact your local system support team.

Many of the pages within the EASY system have guidance articles related to the page that you are on.  To view the guidance article, click on the Documentation link that is at the top right of the page.


Alternatively, you will find a link to some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the Help/Support page.  Just click on the link to Help/Support link at the top right of the page.

For assistance that is more specific to your circumstance, you will need to contact your local system support team.  To find their contact details, click on the Help/Support link at the top right of the page.

On the page that follows you will find the details of how you contact you local EASY system support team.  This may give you an email, telephone number or web address to contact your local helpdesk.


Please note that it is your Organisation/Employer, or payroll provider, that provides support for the EASY system.
