Introduction

This article explains how you can find out who has been setup to authorise your expense claims.  This is normally your supervisor or budget holder, and this article explains how you can find out who they are.


There may be times when certain types of expense claims that are charged to a different budget and your expense claims are sent to them for approval.   This article does not cover this particular situation.


Steps to Follow

1.    Select My Access in the Self Service menu

2.    In the section at the bottom of the page complete the fields in the header

3.    When you have completed the fields the section will display who, under normal circumstances, may authorise your expense claims
