The EASY Expenses System obtains the route distance from HERE Maps using the postcode of the journey start and end points. The system will be set to obtain the shortest or fastest route distance based on the requirements of your NHS organisation.
When you click on the view map icon next to a claim in the Mileage Claims section, it will display the route that has been used to calculate the mileage.
