To reset your Security Word you will need to contact your local System Administrator.  They change a setting on your user account that will ask you to create a security word the next time you log into the EASY system.

To find the contact details for your local System Administrator, click on the Help/Support link at the top right of the EASY screens.  The Support Information screen should provide you with an email address; clicking on the EASY System Administrator link may give you a list of people who're designated as a system administrator and their contact details.
