Where you have retired and are returning to the same employer under a new employee number, you will need to re-register with the EASY system to make expense claims using your new employee number.  This will result in you having a new username in EASY.


The video tutorial Registering A New User Account (Video Tutorial) explains how to re-register with EASY, and create your new user account.   However, when re-registering with EASY, you must enter your new employee number not your email address when completing the User Registration page (see example below). 


The above procedure applies to anyone who returns to the same employer with a new employee number.
