This article is a quick step by step guide on how to update the EASY system when vehicle start date has been entered incorrectly.
This article applies to the version 11+ release of the EASY software.
Steps to Follow
1. Select Vehicles in the Self Service menu
2. Select the vehicle to be updated, then choose "Correct Vehicle Start Date" in the drop down list before clicking on the Continue button
3. Scroll down to the Changes section and enter the correct Vehicle Start Date, and then click on the Save button
4. The system will confirm the vehicle has been updated, and the start date in the Accepted Vehicle Assignments section will have changed.
Where you attempt to change the start date to an earlier date, the system will inform you that you the date can only be amended by a vehicle authoriser, such as your manager, the expenses team or a local system administrator.
