Introduction

You access the EASY system through a web browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.  Should encounter a problem when using EASY, we will sometimes ask you to let us know what the version of the web browser you are using.  This article shows you where to find the version details for some commonly used browsers.  If the browser you are using isn't listed below, the following examples should give you a clue where to find the version details for your web browser. 

Microsoft Edge

1.    Click on the three dots at the top right of the page

2.    Select the Settings option in the menu

3.    Scroll down the Setting until you find About this app section, the version is here.

Google Chrome

1.    Click on the three dots at the top right of the page

2.    Select the Help option in the menu

3.    Select the About Google Chrome option

4.    The Settings page shows the Version

Mozilla Firefox

1.    Click on the three bars at the top right of the page

2.    Select the Help option in the menu

3.    Select the About Firefox option

4.    The Version will be shown
