Introduction
This article sets out the steps that you would go through to enter your excess mileage claims using the EASY Companion App.
Steps to Follow using the App
1. Complete New Journey screen on app, selecting the Excess Mileage expense type
2. Click on the button to move to the next screen
3. On the Set Start Location screen, set the Location field to Home Location
4. Click on the button to move to next screen
5. On the Journey In Progress screen, set the Location field to Base Location
Please note: Depending on how the excess mileage has been configured for your organisation, and for your circumstances, you may need to adjust the Claimed Mileage field to the number excess miles that you are entitled to claim.
6. Click on the button
7. On the next Journey In Progress screen, set the Location field to Home Location
