I've forgotten my Helpdesk password, how can I get a new one? Print

1. Go to the Helpdesk portal login page

2. Click on the Forgot your password link

3. Enter your email address and click on the Reset my password button

4. A message appears telling you an email has been sent to you.

5. Click on the link in the email to reset your password

6. Enter your new password in the fields and click on Update & Log in button

7. You get returned to the Helpdesk portal and a message is displayed confirming you password has been updated successfully
