After you have activated your user account you will be able to log into the Helpdesk portal to create new support tickets, view the progress of tickets that you have raised previously, and you will have access to the knowledge base articles that are not publically available.

Helpdesk Portal

If you have managed to get to this article the chances are that you have already managed to find your way to Helpdesk Portal.  The portal can be reached by opening a web browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and entering the URL in the web address field and pressing the Enter key.

This will take you to the main page of the Giltbyte Helpdesk.  The main page has some knowledge base articles that are available to everyone, even though they may not have a user account to access the portal.

To access the portal you will need to click on the Login link at the top right-side of the page.  This will open the log in screen below.

Enter your email address and password in the fields, and then click on the LOGIN button.  This will take you to the following page that gives you greater access to the portal facilities.
