A new user of the Giltbyte Helpdesk will receive a User Activation email advising them to click on the link in the email to activate their Giltbyte Helpdesk user account and select a password. 

Activating Your Account

When you click on the link in the email the following screen will appear.

This gives you the opportunity of correcting the name that has been attached to your user account as well as adding the password that you wish to use to access the Helpdesk portal.  Once you a have added your password click on the Activate and Log in button, which will take you to the Giltbyte Helpdesk page. 

Within the Helpdesk portal you will have access to the EASY Knowledge Base that has a number of articles to answer some of your questions, and access to the EASY User Manual.  You can also create New Support Tickets and check the progress of helpdesk tickets that you have submitted previously.
